Customers who are currently running VoxPro version 3.x must order the upgrade directly from Audion labs, because we must send you a new HASP dongle. Version 3.x dongles will not work with version 4.x software. The upgrade package comes with a USB HASP HL dongle, VoxPro CD-ROM and free UPS ground shipping. Upgrade price is $199 per license. This download is for customers who are currently running version 4 and already have the new HASP USB dongle. This software will not work with a 3.x dongle. Installing this version will not affect your current registration or user files in any way.
Note to users upgrading from version 4.0: The version 4.1 installer sometimes encounters an error when upgrading early version 4.0 installations. The text of the error message is "Error 1316. A network error occured while attempting to read from the file ". The only remedy for this is to uninstall version 4.0, then re-run the 4.1 installer. This will not affect your user accounts, audio files or registration in any way.
Clients with version 3.2 or higher may upgrade to the last version of the 3.x series.
Version 3.3.20 (May 2005) is the last of the 3.x series, and is a free download for 3.2 and 3.3 clients. Clients who are still running version 3.0x and 3.1x must upgrade to version 4 because dongles for version 3 are no longer available.
